Fencing Courses

The Beginners Courses

Both Junior and Adult beginners courses are run over ten weeks (one term). The course will comprise how to advance and retire on the piste, make explosive and accelerating lunges, simple and compound attacks, and varieties of defence. How to preside over, judge and run a fencing bout and pool, the conventions of fencing in a competition, and will take part in fencing bouts using electrical equipment.
